Terry has been with Rainbow Property Management for over 10 years. She takes care of making monthly disbursements to property owners, paying bills to vendors for services performed to properties, paying mortgage and insurance payments, association dues. Faith has over 23 years of property management experience in Sacramento CA, Denver CO, and Billings, Montana. Faith takes care of property managegement contracts for all our property owners. She is also responsible for tenant relations which includes signing property leases and rent collection. Melissa – Licensed Property Manager
Melissa – Maintenance, Move Outs & Advertising

Melissa handles the transition when tenants move out so that we get your property cleaned properly, advertised and ready for your next tenant. Melissa also works with tenants to take care of any maintenance needs during their lease. After a final property inspection, Melissa makes disbursements to tenants for the balance due on their security deposit. Paulette – Phones, Schedules Showings, Work Orders

Paulette is the friendly face you see when you walk into our office. She has been with us for 1.5 years and answers your phone calls, schedules showings and writes up our work orders. Paulette seems to lighten everyone’s day.
