To process payments
Your information will be used to process payments for rental fees and payments by credit card or ACH (electronic check). Rainbow Property Management does not store any of your financial information on our premises. All payment information is transferred by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.
To send periodic emails or text messages
Notifications will be sent as you specify to confirm services and transactions made on your behalf. Messages may also be sent with updates based on your preferences.
Messages may include promotional offers, alerts, and service-related content. Standard messaging rates may apply for text messages.
You can opt out of text messages at anytime by replying “STOP” to a message.
